Tuna Stir-Fry

This is seriously one of the easiest, quick recipes that packs a ton of protein, omega's and is super satisfying.

Ingredients

- Fresh cut mixed veggies. (I like to use zucchini, broccoli & cauliflower, but you can use whatever fresh veggies you want!)
- 1 can of low sodium white tune, packed in water. (I say white, because IMO. light doesn't taste as good; and you'll want to get whole, or chunked, because flaked just isn't the same)
- 1/4 cup salsa (I use an organic one, because it had the least amount of sodium)

Instructions

So simple, you can use a bit of olive oil if you want, but I tend to just use a bit of water, and sauté to desired amount, I like mine cooked just past crunchy, but not soggy.

Open the can of tuna, drain and add to the pan, break if to desired size, then add 1/4 cup of salsa and heat through. Pour onto a plate, or in a bowl and you're done!
